Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I left out the salt to lower the sodium. It had a great taste was very runny. Next time I'll use 1/2 cup of milk. I also used 4 potatoes.
I left out the salt and just added it to taste. Excellent with yukon gold potatoes. Very easy to make
I used skim milk and land-o-lakes butter with canola oil (my fave) and it was WAYYY to watery. We had to add an extra potato and it still wasn't thick enough. It had a little too much salt too, and I love salt. The flavor was good though! Now I just use a "splash" of milk and gradually add salt.
