hmm good pitas, I made the dough in my bread machine then rolled out the rounds. I think next time I'll add a little more salt or something, they're soft and chewy and most of them made pockets, but they're not as flavourful as I'd like. I cooked for 6 minutes as suggested by Futuremrsmc
This recipe needs to be broken down to how many servings that it actually makes. I know one pita can not possibly be 2533 calories. Also it needs to be stated approximately how many pitas this makes. But otherwise I plan on making this recipe.
