I doubled the recipe used brown sugar and added vanilla. The batter was nice and thick. Really good with a small scoop of ice cream when it was still warm! Yum.
I made 12 muffins at 118.8 calories each. They were a nice size and delicious.
used ww flour. i changed the butter to 6T. canola oil. used 4T. splenda and 4T. honey. used 3/4c. banana and plain lowfat yogurt for sour cream. 1/4 tsp. cinnamon and 1/4 tsp. vanilla. will try with walnuts next time.
