I can't believe how good these are. I thought that without butter or fat they would just be like a block but these were luscious and creamy inside. i cooked mine for just the 22 minutes and while they were only lightly brown- I am glad i took them out as the inside was a little puddeny still. This is the same recipe my mom uses. She uses the blender to first mix the egg, milk, and salt. Then she adds the flour. And the puddings turn out better if the batter is chilled for at least 2 hours before cooking. Never had a better yorkshire than these! Submitted by:
