Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I used 1/2 cup pf sugar and used all whole wheat flour and oat bran instead of flax seed. Also I didn't have allspice so I added one tsp nutmeg and 2 tsp of cinnamon. I will definitely try this recipe again using the flax seed and the allspice. Even so it was very good
