Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

These were great, but I made a few changes to suit my tastes. I used 1 Tbsp flax meal mixed with 2 Tbsp hot water in place of the egg, grated my apple, added 1 Tbsp of unsweetened apple butter, didn't use extra sugar, added 2 Tbsp of currants, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, and 2 tsp cinnamon. A keeper!
I've just made a half batch, we added cinnamon, and 2 T of applesauce (no added sugar), and about 1/4 cup more milk. I also only used 1T oil. They are very yummy, will make again.
I like the whole wheat and apple and also the lower calorie. I am wondering what size the pancakes?
