Nutrition & Calorie Comments

How do you think it would be if you used brown sugar instead? I wondered if it would be richer, and more maple syrup-like?
This makes a delicious addition over lowfat icecream or frozen yogurt. We also use it on pancakes, and occasionally on biscuits.
This was FABULOUS...quick to make, and with the cornstarch just the right thickness for me. I tried it over low fat ice cream and felt like I was at an ice cream parlor having a major treat!
