I also added 1/4 tsp paprika to meat mixture, used ground turkey instead of beef. Added 1 TBSP splenda brown sugar mix, 1TBSP lemon juice, and 1 tsp Worscestershire Sause to the tomato sauce. Very good.
My boyfriend really liked them and didn't even object to it being brown rice instead of whilte :) I added about 1/2 tsp chopped garlic and left out the red pepper, and added salt and pepper. Forgot the eggs, though!
