I cut up the chicken into strips to brown - went very quickly. Also, I used a low-fat cheese - not a bad choice. This would also be good with spinach added.
Sounds good, but since we don't like olives, I will probably take the suggestion of substituting spinach. Might even lower the salt content a bit.
Quick, easy & delicious, what more could you ask for? Oh and low carb to boot!
