Vewry good replaced butter with apple sauce and ony 3/4 c sugar and was sweet and delicious
This banana bread is outstanding - it's been in my recipe file for years. You can make a tasty and lower-fat version by subbing applesauce for the butter but it does make a difference in the taste.
