My modifications: used 4 fresh pressed garlic cloves for flavor instead of powder, and omitted 2 egg whites & 3 slices of bacon to reduce cholesterol/cals/fat. Didn't have asparagus so I used carrots and it turned out nice and fluffy. Nice side dish that I would make again!
