Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This was very good, however, it took some additional sugar to sweeten the rhubarb before adding it to the recipe. I think it could go without the sugar sprinkled on top too, but this was really moist and easy to make
Made this as a half recipe because I didn't want an entire cake sitting around to tempt me. I also substituted Splenda for both the white and brown sugar. It's GREAT! Wonderful flavor. I also used homemade applesauce to eliminate any added sugars from the store bought.
