I found a really low-calorie recipe for Chicken Kiev here (thanks to BUSSMOM for that), and managed to turn it into a Chicken Cordon Bleu recipe and still shave off calories by making very judicious ingredient choices.

An easy and lower calorie version of a fancy dish!! I use one chicken breast and split it into two servings, but it can easily be doubled or tripled. I usually serve brown rice and steamed vegetables for a side dish.

This is such an amazing alternative to the regular fried chicken cordon bleu!! Absolutely delicious!!

I am making this tonight, my fiance loves havarti cheese so I thought I would tr these few things together to see how they all taste. It sounds good and easy. It is a great source of protein too.

WLS friendly chicken cordon blue. The chicken comes out moist on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The cheese is hot and gooey. Serve with a side of steamed veggies and melon for a very satisfying, high protein meal.
