Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I used a protein chicken substitute for the chicken and it was very good!
I would have to sub low sodium ham and skip the oil, use pam, but I will try it baked!
Might be a little high in fat
Can the calories be adjusted to include the avocado and ham?
This was very good. I usually make Cordon Bleu w/ ham, mushrooms & Swiss, but this was a nice change. I also rolled it all up inside the chicken and baked the whole thing for 40 mins at 350d. Just a note, the nutritional breakdown doesn't include the calories for the avocado or the ham.
Simply delicious. Definitely will make again! I didn't use the pinch of salt, and it was still quite salty. Might try to look for low sodium ham next time.
Pretty good. A little too salty for my taste...next time I probably won't add the sprinkle of salt and maybel not the pepper.
Just made this tonight for dinner...super easy & very tasty. It was incredibly moist, too! I used natural deli ham, since it was thinly sliced, used salt-free seasoning blend, and saved the avocado for a garnish. Served it with pasta and salad. DELISH. Thank you - will be making again :)
Super tastey!!! I cut the calories a bit by using 2% cheese and instead of sauteeing in 1 T of Vegetable Oil, I subsituted 1 tsp of oil for flavor and 2 tsps of chicken stock instead. Oh, and thank you for the suggestions on using asparagus! Delicious!
Filling and very tasty. If the calories weren't that many, I might eat it daily! :)
