Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I loved it! I baked it in a loaf pan instead of muffins and added walnuts and flax seeds to the mix. I would probably use less splenda brown sugar blend, I thought it was a bit sweet for my liking. I will definately be making this again and again! Yummy!
