Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

These are tasty. I reduced the amount of brown sugar because I didn't want these to be too sweet. I also added crystallized ginger and that adds a nice contrast.
THESE BARS WERE DEEEEELICIOUS! I followed the recipe exactly except I added a handful of sliver almonds for a little more protein/healthy fats, and for the 1 c. of cereal I used Kashi Original GoLEAN. :) They taste like the fall dessert by Chex, "muddie buddies"! SO GOOD!
These are very easy to make and yummy. I will have to see how filling they are to because they are on the higher calorie side for a snack. I put some in the freezer to see if that works because it makes a lot for one.
