EXCELLENT!!! Usually these cakes are full of sugar and butter, I loved this one using applesauce, still moist and fluffy. I have even tried different variations, adding tinned fruit and seeds. Beautiful cake. WELL DONE. It will be a favourite from now on!
This is super easy!!! I didn't have apple sauce, so I used 3/4 cup of mashed (frozen and thawed) bananas. Was out of eggs, so I used 1/3 cup Egg Beaters. Turned out great. Ate it warm, slathered with fat free Cool Whip...totally decadent! YUM. :)
