Made this for dinner and it was easy to set up, cheap to execute, and very tasty. I actually only ate 1 thigh (halfs the calories), and served this over brown rice with steamed broccoli - sprinkled it all with garlic.. super tasty. Thanks! Great winter "busy day" meal.
