Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This was really delicious, how could buffalo meat NOT be?! But we had a problem with them being crumbly, possibly because our meat was almost non-fat and we also used nonfat feta. We added worcestershire sauce, but otherwise followed the recipe and enjoyed these burgers. Just add binder!
