Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I halved the recipe, used 2tsp fresh ginger vice the powder and maple syrup vice the brown sugar. This is the first time I cooked beef-- it wasn't bad. Would use this recipe again for its simplicity and ease of preparation and taste.
