So the actual recipe says 18 muffins and the Sparkmail I got says 12 for the same calories?

Please explain how that's possible and which one is correct? They sound very yummy but I have an issue with the differences in the nutritional information.

They don't raise up much, so you can fill the muffin cup pretty full. I'd add a little salt. I used pineapple juice from the drained pineapple instead of concentrate and they are plenty sweet. Submitted by:
