Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I'll have to make these after we move into our new home next week! These would be great for a quick and easy breakfast with some high protein greek or icelandic yogurt and fresh fruit! Yummm
A good source of nutrition here.
Low calories muffin. Hope it tastes good.
You can top with brown sugar twin, to give some normal sweetness taste.
So the actual recipe says 18 muffins and the Sparkmail I got says 12 for the same calories?

Please explain how that's possible and which one is correct? They sound very yummy but I have an issue with the differences in the nutritional information.
They don't raise up much, so you can fill the muffin cup pretty full. I'd add a little salt. I used pineapple juice from the drained pineapple instead of concentrate and they are plenty sweet.
