Very good; thanks for sharing! A little tip to add creaminess and protein: stir in some peanut butter! The flavor actually melds really nicely with tomatoes - a tip I picked up from when I lived in Kenya. I'd add about a quarter cup of PB for a pot of soup.
I use the half and half (half cream, half skim milk I think) for my coffee = its right in the dairy case, and you can get regular or fat free. A capital T means Tablespoon, and tsp means teaspoon. Hope you like the soup!
Ummm what is 1/2 c fat free half and half... What is that suppose to be? And what do you mean by T...Teaspoon or Tablespoon.. I would like to make this
