DH makes a very similar dish, and it's absolutely delicious! No chili powder or gravy, though I'm sure either would be a tasty addition. Also, he drains the fat from cooking the ground meat, and uses a spray oil (like Pam) as needed. He also will use different seasonings, like a dry rub for steak.
