Different and delicious chicken recipe! I love how the chicken stayed so moist, and the sun-dried tomatoes added a nice flavor to this dish. My husband really liked it as well.

I did omit the olive oil to save calories/fat; I simply sprayed my pan with non-stick cooking spray.
I saw this recipe in a magazine and LOVED it! I used the Healthy Request soup to make it low sodium as well as low fat. Thanks for inputting it here!
