A new fave! I made these with coconut oil when I was out of butter. I like these better than haystacks - I find haystacks are too sugary sometimes. Peanut butter = protein & flavour!!! I might throw in some chocolate chips, too. mmmmmm :) making a double batch, this time!!!
Add walnuts for extra protein and yum!!!
this was a great recipe. My whole family loved these cookies. They were so good. Next time I will use half the brown sugar though. All in all was great...
