loved this super easy recipe i made it using a whole chicken and 100% whole wheat egg noodles which were even more nutritional than the no yolk noodles from what i saw added a little more seasoning also. Loved it
i made it with bone-in chicken breast, removing bones fat after simmering a few hours. plus I added lots of garlic, and a bay leaf.
Good, easy recipe. Be warned, I used 32 oz of low sodium broth instead of the recommended 24 oz and it tasted REALLY bland and watered down even by my standards which is really saying a lot. So I added 1 boullion cube and some dried oregano, basil and all spice. It turned out great after that.
Great recipe...I added some basil and parsley as well as some low sodium vegetable broth....Very Yummy!
