It tastes pretty good. The next time I make it I will add some
finely diced Red, Green peppers about 1/2 cup of each, I will also add 1/2 cup of Corn and some Cilantro. Just remember
to add the extra calories to the total caloric count of the
WHOLE RECIPE.
