I use Arnold's sandwich thins for many things including an egg sandwich in the morning. This is a great idea for "fake" pizza and the calorie count is amazingly low. Thanks for sharing this recipe!!!
Great idea. I also use whole wheat tortillas with the same concept, and about the same calorie count. I love them for a quick lunch for me!
