This was a great alternative to fatty beef burgers. The flavor was great, and they weren't dry. Yum!
Very yummy. I doubled the ingredients and used 2lbs of turkey. I also added onion and made bigger burgers. This changes the nutritional #'s. Excellent, we ate all of them in a matter of days. They reheat well.
