Ingredients

    1 Slice Soft Silken Tofu
    2 T Cocoa Powder
    1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 oz Light Chocolate Soy Milk, your favorite brand
    Tiny pinch of salt (opt.)

Directions

Throw everything in a blender or food processor and whir the hell out of it.

Or, if you're lazy like me, take out your immersion blender that you're supposed to use to make super-healthy smoothies and blend it all in the bowl you intend to eat it from.

Just remember to unplug the blender before you lick it clean...

I didn't love this. Perhaps I should have known better, because I don't usually care for dark chocolate. But in the end I added a bit of Nutella (being in Japan, I was looking for something sweet/creamy to add). It turned out ok. - 11/26/10
