Ingredients

    1/2 cup reduced-fat peanut butter
    8 oz package fat free cream cheese
    4 tbsp Splenda brown sugar blend (add more or less according to personal taste)
    1/4 cup fat free soy milk (vanilla flavored)
    1 tsp real vanilla extract

Directions

Soften cream cheese at room temperature.
Mix all ingredients until light and creamy.
You can add more soy milk to make creamier if desired.
One serving is about 2 tablespoons.
Serve with sliced apples or bananas.
