really good! I've been looking for a great, as healthy as possible sweet potatoe casserole recipe for a while, and this one was great! I also, had to double the recipe b/c I made this for easter. Also I had to double the double of the topping to fully cover the dish. It was a hit! - 4/11/09

We made this for Thanksgiving this year, it was very good. We doubled the recipe and used 3 cups of sweet potatoes and it turned out wonderfully. Not too sweet, very tasty, and had a good consistency. - 11/27/09

This was definitely good, but I had to double the recipe and it was still not enough. I could have doubled the double. The pecans are great. Couldn't taste the wheat flour. - 12/11/07
