Ingredients

    6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
    ¼ c. grated Parmesan
    2 t. salt
    1 t. garlic powder
    1 t. paprika
    ½ t. pepper
    1/3 c. vegetable oil

Directions

Place potatoes in two large resealable plastic bags. Combine the
Parmesan cheese and seasonings; add to potatoes and shake to coat. Pour
oil into baking pan; pour potatoes into baking pans. Bake, uncovered at
375 for 40-50 minutes or until tender.

    My spouse said these are the best potatoes he has ever eaten.I omitted the salt. Next time I will also add less oil. I did add the smoked paprika and it was tasty. I can see making these for family and friends in the future. - 7/20/11
