I've made this several times now. I've found if I chuck up the apples myself that the bread doesn't have much flavor and has soft apple "bombs" throughout. This time I did a rough chop in my blender so the pieces were in little slivers and this time the bread tastes WAY better and no soft spots! - 3/19/14

This bread was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! I will definitely be making this one again!! It turned out beautifully just the way it is!! I have also made it by substituting applesauce for the oil and it didn't change the outcome. Lower fat and again, amazing! Thank you RoryJo for submitting. Kids love - 12/11/10
