Very nice. I added some Italian Seasoning to spice it up a little. Easy, a nice veggie recipe. Next time I think I will add some red pepper. - 1/21/12

I made a version of this using Romanesco, cross between broccoli and cauliflower. I added garlic, butter instead of oil, and onions. I didn't add any pasta water but used some flour (maybe 2T?) to thicken it up a little. Pretty tasty but next time I will add other spices. - 10/10/11

Well I would have to say that this was a little dry and a little bland. Adding a bit more seasoning and maybe a little bit of some form of liquid might have helped. I liked it enough, I wasn't expecting the most delicious meals of my life when I started my diet, but my boyfriend was not a big fan. - 1/4/11

Made this tonight, with a few tweeks.. sauteed onion and some chili pepper flakes with a bit of sundried tomato paste, reduced a tbsp of white wine in that. Tossed with pasta with broccoli, plus spinash, a little pasta water, organic non salt seasoning blend, romano cheese and a poached egg. - 2/28/13

As is it's a little bland for my taste even with doubling the garlic and adding some lemon pepper. However it makes a really lovely base-I tossed it with marinara and mushrooms and thought it was pretty happy and sparkly then. Think 2night I'll throw in my protein with the leftovers for a quickie. - 3/26/12

Simple and yummy. I'm sensitive to "heat" so I think I used too much garlic, but other than that, it was easy to make and yummo! :o) - 8/6/10

I liked that this was really fast and easy to make, but both my husband and I thought it needed something. So we squeezed some fresh lemon over it and that made a big difference, changing my rating from 2 stars to 4. - 12/20/09
