I have made this recipe many times, and it's just as good with chicken as it is with tuna. Also, substituting raisins for the cranberries and adding celery is pretty awesome too! Very flexible recipe, as you can see, and very fresh and light. Jum jum!! - 1/14/08

This was SO GOOD! It's got everything I was looking for: Protein, low fat, creamy, sweet, savory. It's awesome. Usually I'm hungry about two hours after lunch, but not with this! I ate it with two Wasa crackers and that's all I needed.

    Thanks for submitting this DAQUIRI_CHERI!!

Great recipe. Like the addition of fruit. I used nonfat greek yogurt and a squeeze of lemon juice, and added celery as someone suggested. Used reduced sugar craisins and much fewer of them and it was still a great recipe and goes in my favorite file. - 9/11/16
