Ingredients

    1 Scoop Pure Protein© Whey Protein Powder
    1/3 cup tofu
    1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    1 tablespoon almond butter
    1 teaspoon mini chocolate chips

Tips

Serve with apples or strawberries.

Directions

Mix the first four ingredients together in a blender.
Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle on the chocolate chips.

Serving Size: makes 4 servings (about 2 1/2 tablespoons per portion)

    Eldernurse, Whole Foods has a good variety of vegetable based powder mixes which might be what you're looking for. If you have a store nearby, it's worth checking out! ~ Definitely trying this recipe. I'm so addicted to almond butter right now and this looks yummy! - 6/9/13
