12 Lightened-Up Meatballs or other prepared meatballs
4 whole-wheat hamburger buns
12 cherry tomatoes
1 head Bibb or Boston lettuce
3 slices Cheddar cheese, cut into quarters
12 wooden or bamboo skewers
Condiments for serving
Tips
Get creative: Add 1/2 slice bacon (folded back and forth like a ribbon), 1 grilled cremini mushroom cap, or even a chunk of onion.

Directions
Reheat the meatballs.
Use a small cookie cutter to cut three circles from each hamburger bun.
