im from Trinidad in the Caribbean, & i have noticed that 'tropical fruits' as these have been been called on many occasions are loved by the USA. smoothies like these are QUITE satisfying & make it from scratch, eg mango, milk, ice (or ice cream) its thinner with milk. - 5/2/08

    Very Good
you can peel your mango the night before and chop up. Then it makes a really fast breakfast.

I also use a scoop of frozen vanilla yogurt and do not use ice. It is a family favorite. Frozen mango will also work.
