Ingredients

    1/4 cup margerine
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    3/4 cup bread crumbs
    1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
    3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/8 t parsley
    1/8 t oregano
    1/8 t pepper
    dash of salt
    4 chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Melt the butter and garlic over low heat for 5 min. In a shallow bowl mix the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper. Dip each chicken breast in the garlic butter and coat with bread crumb mixture. Arrange chicken breasts on a 9x13 pan. Drizzle remaining butter and bread crumb mixture on top. Bake 30 minutes.

    I really find it hard to believe that this recipe is in the Lofat/Lo-cal category. There is NO WAY that I would eat one piece of chicken for 379.6 calories and 16g of fat. It sounds delicious, but not for losing weight! - 3/29/08
