Ingredients

    1 whole mango peeled and diced
    2 whole jalepeno peppers, diced finely(I leave half of one's seeds in to spice it up)
    2 Tbs green bell pepper diced
    2 Tbs red bell pepper diced
    1/4 C diced red onion
    3 Tbs chopped fresh cilantro(I use scissors to cut it up)
    2 whole limes, juiced

Directions

Chop all ingredients and toss together, I like to do this early in the day and then refrigerate. The flavors blend together and taste wonderful. I serve this with a grilled chicken or salmon.

    I made this tonight with tilapia for dinner. Not bad! Very fresh and different. The only thing I changed was I left out the jalapeno peppers. - 9/13/19
