An easy, savory, crispy pork chop that's fun to make! An easy, savory, crispy pork chop that's fun to make!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 cup Corn Chex Cereal crushed
    2 tbsp Yellow Mustard
    1.5 tbsp Rosemary
    1.5 tsp Kosher Salt
    1 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
    6 Boneless Centercut Pork Chops (1/2-3/4" thick)
    1/2 cup vegetable oil

Tips

You can also cook in the oven on a baking rack for 35-40 minutes at 350 to eliminate the vegetable oil.


Directions

Crush the Chex cereal
Mix cereal with rosemary, salt and pepper
coat the porkchops with mustard
dredge porkchops in cereal mix (push/crunch down to coat well)
Place in med-hot skillet with oil. cook until golden brown before flipping - about 6 minutes/side.

Serving Size: Makes 6 porkchops

    I made a couple of slight changes. I used crushed Fiber One cereal since that is all I will have in my house and I used spicy mustard. They were fantastic! - 9/23/20
