I experimented cooking them in the oven and they look just like the picture!! I sprayed a round corningware dish(aprox 10 inch) with Pam and fit 4 separate buns in the dish. I tried a 300 degree oven for approx 25-28 minutes or 425 degrees for 15 minutes, they both turned out the same. We R hooked!! - 1/30/13

Oh my goodness! These are awesome. I have been low Carb for over 2 months and lately I have been craving a cheeseburger in the worst way. So I made this today and used it for the bun. It was the best thing I've eaten in weeks! It did fall apart a little, but I didn't care, it tasted so yummy! - 3/1/12

not tried it yet but it sounds delicious. With FF cheese & low cal. spread, instead of butter, it is also low in WW points. Makes a good wrap. - 8/24/08

You can leave the butter out and it will be OK but you will need to grease the ramekin or the bowl to keep it from sticking. When done gently lift to keep from tearing.

Works for sandwiches. Holds together well but taste isn't brilliant. We toasted it but edges folded inside toaster. But a great bread if you're craving bread badly. I plan to spice it up next time with herbs and might try a different low carb flour. All in all, excellent sub for high carb bread. - 11/6/16

Made this today! Omitted Splenda, baked in a ramekin at 475 degrees for 15 minutes. Let it cool then sliced and toasted. Even though I sprayed Pam in the ramekin it stuck a little. Otherwise Very good, reminded me of an English muffin in texture. Will make great sandwich bread for lunch, thanks! - 11/29/14
