Add walnuts - grinded or crushed to small pieces - it tastes better then almonds. Also - easy on the garlic. I add a tablespoon of vinegar and a tablespoon of olive oil.

It is best dish for starters in summer !

    Good
I would add less garlic, was really good over a baked potato. Didn't add the water, thin enough from the liquid from the cucumbers. - 9/22/07
