Ingredients

    Broccoli Coleslaw 16oz package
    Canola Oil 1/8 cup
    Red wine vinegar 1/2 cup
    Green onions(chives) One package
    Brown sugar (unpacked) 1/2 cup
    Ramen noodle w/ seasoning 1 pkg
    Almonds slivered 1/4 cup
    Sunflower seeds 1/4 cup

Directions

Mix Oil, sugar and ramen noodle seasonings together. Add almond,sunflower seeds, and green onions and mix together. Then add broccoli slaw, ramen noodles into mixture.

    I used chopped walnuts instead of sunflower seeds.also added a little bit of low sodium soy sauce, then a taste of garlic. I broke up the ramen noodles and toasted them in a pan with cooking spray. - 4/26/08

    This is delish! I made 1/2 the recipe without much trouble. The hardest part of that was using 1/2 the flavor pkt from the ramen noodles. I just did not need the full amount. Otherwise, I used recipe exactly. Great flavor - slightly sweet, oriental flavor! - 2/17/08
