Loved this. Took 15-20 minutes in my toaster oven, and I sprinkled a Tbsp of shredded parmesan on top for a calcium boost. Oh, I also used fresh chopped broccoli, rather than frozen. - 8/16/09

I LOVE making broccoli this way! I also like to add fresh sqeezed lemon juice & zest, plus fresh basil (after it comes out of the oven of course) and it makes it really fresh and yummy! - 1/11/11

I make a similar recipe, add fresh squeezed lemon juice, pepper, and pine nuts. When it is all nice and toasty, grate fresh parmesian cheese on top. Delicious! - 3/28/11

I make this in a frying pan, but I add crushed red pepper to the oil before adding the broccoli...then toss well and cook about 7 minutes. The heat adds an extra flavor. Can also top with a little feta cheese after removing from heat. - 3/14/11

I too, am curious about why you would use frozen broc instead of fresh. Nothing beats fresh. I find frozen to be mushy and woody and the texture is disgusting....and smelly. Probably the reason so many kids won't eat it! - 6/24/13

Nice change of pace. I love most veggies anyway without adding anything to them. But this is a nice way to change it up and enjoy one of my favorite seasonings (garlic) in the process - 11/19/11
