Even better without the salt!
Glad to find a recipe that adds flavor to the broccoli while not losing the vitamins that boiling does.
This was so good -- I used a fresh bunch of broccolli and ate it ALL -- yummmmmm! I did use a little more olive oil -- 1 Tbsp which upped the cal and fat but was well worth it (and heart healthy)!
