Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can (14oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
    1 package (10oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    3/4 cup 100% grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 cup Miracle Whip Light Dressing
    1/2 cup 2% milk shredded reduced fat mozzarella cheese (part-skim milk)
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Spoon into a 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish. Bake 20 minutes or untill heated through. Serve with Triscuit reduced-fat crackers, assorted cut-up fresh vegetables, or low fat tortilla chips. Makes 22 servings @ 2 tablespoons each or 11 servings @ 1/4 cups each.
