1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 (16 oz) jar of salsa
1 package taco seasoning
Directions
Cook in crock pot for 8-10 hours on low. Shred meat using forks, and serve on whole wheat tortillas with 2% cheddar cheese and non-fat refried beans. (Calories not included.)

Also added a can of black beans and a can of corn. The only thing that I had on hand was a large package of fryer chicken so I skinned it and used it in the crock-pot as the directions stated. De-boned the chicken while shredding. Meat was so tender that it fell off the bone. We loved this recipe! - 1/28/12

I use this recipe all the time! I cut the recipe in half and throw the ingredients in the a slow cooker for 5-6 hours and it turns out delicious every time. I've used packaged taco seasoning and jarred salsa as well as homemade taco seasoning and salsa. Either way you can't go wrong. It's a must hav - 8/10/17
