Introduction
Have you ever looked at the nutritional info on the back of a frozen chicken pot pie? You should.Makes four servings
Really good way to satisfy your hearty meal craving without being too hearty on the calories and fat.
If you are really creative you can make this when you have leftover veggies and chicken!
**Add what ever 98% Fat Free Soup you like such as Cream of Mushroom, Cream of Celery, etc.
The sodium content on this is not with the low sodium soup I used. I will update it when I get a new can. Have you ever looked at the nutritional info on the back of a frozen chicken pot pie? You should.

While I missed the flakiness of pie crust and I think I added too many veggies so that there wasn't quite enough sauce, it was great! I added broccoli, peas, carrots, lima beans, potatoes, thyme, and cooking wine. I used a combo of 3 condensed soups (celery, chick, mushroom). I'm full and happy! :) - 3/18/09

I made this. My boyfriend and I luved it. He does not have a weight problem like me. He was a little unsure but when he smelled it coming out of the oven he couldn't wait. I got a thumbs up. Thumbs up to you. Thanks, Terri - 3/8/09

Thanks! I really like it. I live near Philadelphia and it is great to eat when it is cold outside. I usually only cook for one or two and I am not a fan of recipes with 12 servings. The calorie count stays the same if you exchange the fta free cream of chicken with other fat free cream soups!

Used deep-dish pie crusts cuz I do not care for Bisquick. Left the milk & egg out; Used cr. of mushroom & cr. of chicken & apx a cup of leftover turkey gravy. Oh, I also made this with the leftover turkey from Thanksgiving instead of chicken. Bit of garlic, onion powder, dash of soy sauce...delish - 11/30/10

I believe the nutritional value listed for this recipe is incorrect (at 338.1 calories/serving, etc.). In the Ingredient Details, fat free cream of broccoli soup is listed instead of reduced fat baking mix. You might want to check the nutritional info before making this recipe. - 3/19/09

Thanks! Actually I had to remove that for a few days because the Sparker didn't properly enter the nutritional value for it. They had it at like 10 calories which is obviously incorrect.
